Our guest today is Rev. Dr. Bob Kaylor. Rev. Kaylor is the Lead Pastor of Tri-Lakes United Methodist Church in Monument, CO. Host of the "Wednesdays with Wesley" and "Holy Conversations" podcasts. He is a husband, dad, author, historian, drummer, author, and Pittsburgh sports fan. His book is titled, Your Best Move: Effective Leadership Transition for the Local Church.
